Shanghai Songjiang Group specializes in the production of various din rubber expansion joint, rubber vibration isolators and spring vibration isolators, etc. The air-conditioning system of the third bid section project of Shanghai Metro Line 9 uses the spring  isolators of our factory. The following is an introduction to the specific situation of this project.

First I will introduce the third tender section project of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9 to you:

The third-phase east extension project of Line 9 starts from Yanggaogao Road Station, the end point of the second-phase project. After crossing the A20 highway and the Pudong Canal, it stops at Caolu Station at the intersection of Jinzuan Road. The total length of the line is 13.82 kilometers, all of which are underground. The whole line has Fangdian Road Station, Biyun Road Station (transfer with Line 14 in the future), Pingdu Road Station, Jinqiao Station, Shenjiang Road Station, Jinhai Road Station (transfer with Line 12), and Gutang Road Station , Minlei Road Station, Cao Road Station, a total of 9 stations.

This morning, the welding of the last long rail in the downlink section from Fangdian Road to Biyun Road was completed, marking the completion of the third phase of the east extension of Line 9 and the completion of the long rail of the whole line. The railway line will lay a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of electromechanical equipment and commissioning of trains. This track construction adopts the prefabricated track slab track bed technology widely used in high-speed railways for the first time. This technology has the characteristics of factory prefabricated production, on-site fine-tuning and laying, and convenient maintenance. The maintainability and replaceability of the rear track provide convenience. At the same time, the track foundation control network is also used, which improves the accuracy of track laying compared with traditional methods, greatly improves the smoothness of the subway track, and ensures and improves the comfort of passengers when riding the subway.
